I work with adults who are tired. Tired of coping strategies that don’t go anywhere, tired of feeling like they’re managing symptoms but never getting better. They’re ready to do the deeper work. They want rest, not just a temporary respite. I work with kids, too. Kids who need someone who will connect with them on their level and need someone to actually hear them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For most people, the real question isn’t how to cope – it’s why does this keep happening to me? We\u2019ll work together, going beneath the surface to uncover where the past is still quietly running the show. My approach is warm and unhurried. We’re not racing toward goals. We’re going somewhere real. A place that takes patience and intentionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
